Here are some motivational quotes which will inspire you to go for it as well: -

- ‘ Every time you stay out late , every time you sleep in , every time you miss a workout, every time you don’t give your 100% , you make it that much easier for me to beat you ‘ ( said by devil Lies inside you ).

- ‘ you can have results or you can have your excuses, you cannot have both ‘.

- ‘Make the most of yourself , for that is all there is of you ‘- Ralph Waldo’.

Making excuses to avoid exercising is not going to get you anywhere, saying that you have no time to excercise is not true- you can find the time if you really want to . Out of 24 hours in a day , all of you need us a 30 minuets to get a decent exercise regime going and moving on the road to fitness . Stop being lazy as this will get you nowhere .

We all get the time to eat , sleep or go out with friends . Similarly we must find time to work out. You do not need many hours every day for this ; you can start with small , basic things exercises that keep you moving . Even to start with 15-20 mins workout at home would be a great move and eventually you will become habitual of doing it daily .

Let me list out a few critical reasons why you should excercise:

- Weight loss .
- improves the mood and help to De- stress.
-You become energetic and positive .
- Improves health .
- it helps you to meet your inner soul.
- Excercising is actually fun.
- helps you to sleep better
- helps reduce anxiety
- helps get more done

Ask yourself a few questions to assess your fitness:

# Do you feel energised

# Do you breathe deeply ?
# Do you sleep well at night ?
# Can you do atleast 5 push ups?

DUBAI DIARIES

Whenever I think about Dubai the first thing comes into my mind is Shopping. I had gone to Dubai this year ( 2018) in January which is supposed to be the best weather and even the sale season is going on there.  As we all know Dubai Mall is the world largest mall. when we entered in the mall it felt that it was built recently as it was so clean and polished and well maintained. Each and every Brand is available for the customers. anybody can shop from this mall from lower to higher class people. after shopping we went to see the Dubai safari which is the most fun activity in whole of the trip. we saw many stunt shows and belly dancing. Dubai People are very well dressed and full of respect. there is no problem of language as 54% are Indians , 15 % are sheikhs and remaining are foreigners so everybody is used to speak in Hindi or English. After that we had stayed in "ATLANTIS" hotel is the second best hotel in Dubai and first place is taken over by" Burj Al Arab". Atlantis  has its own beach , it is famous for its water slides and it has different kinds of spa and even helicopter ride to see the view of the hotel from the top. There is especially a museum to show old Dubai and how it evolved into a tourist destination. I can go to Dubai many a times because it is so beautifully made and well managed.

Daisaku Ikeda

Hello friends , Today I would like to talk you about my integral part of life. It may be just a name for you but for me he is my Mentor , he is Hope & he is Life.. The person I am talking  about is a Buddhist Philosophers . He has served as a third president of Soka Gakkai and is founding president of the Soka Gakkai International (SGI), the  World,s largest organization with approximately 12 millions practitioners in 192 countries .Its not about believing  in someone or following  one another . What matters is your connection with that person , when i joined Nichrein Daishonin's Buddhism in 2015 , it was just a fun activity , m,medium of meeting new people and a source of entertainment, but this philosophy is all about seeing oneself and others happy through your Daimoku which is chanting "Nam my-oho renege k yo " and by showing actual proofs in your life. I became serious in this practice  when i started studying the writings of Sensei ( Daisaku Ikeda) and the connection built up with him through my daimoku and by studying his books was unbelievable , Because whenever i needed someone it was his writings who supported me to move ahead in my life , as if you are walking in the dark and suddenly you see the light coming from nowhere , helping you to cross the path. Nichiren's Buddhism is the Buddhism of the sun , , that enables young people , whose lives are like the morning sun , to shine their brightest . you become totally a changed person , Although my mentor is in japan and has turned 90 this year , he is physically far away but it feels that we are never apart Daisaku Ikeda explains " there is no true happiness other then chanting Nam My-oho Renge Kyo", because through this we bring forth our inner Buddha and increase the splendor and power of our lives. when we chant we are not  petitioning an external being to act in our favor , instead we are expressing our determination to bring forth our highest life potential , we just don't sit and wait for people and circumstances to change .Throughout own powerful inner resolve and seek to exert a positive effect on our environment. So come lets find our inner potential and be a better version of ourselves.

Is Dance really a Dance Nowadays?

Dance is an art form which dates back to time immemorial in India and like the other art forms has been integrated into Indian Cinema.Certain historians of Indian cinema have emphasized the orgasmic function of these songs and dances, sometimes very lascivious and even suggestive of the sexual act in the context of a cinema which is otherwise heavily censored, besides censorship , the rules of proprietary do not permit any openly explicit scenes ( nudity, even kissing was not allowed until the 80's ) , But In 60's  when colour films became the norm in Pan-Indian commercial cinema , the happiness of the lovers was usually shown by exuberantly choreographed dances accompanied by songs (with frequent costume changes in the same song) , shot against the background of beautiful landscapes of Kashmir or the green hill stations of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The camera was freed from static shots and dialogue. , But in 80's these interludes of dance reached to obscene heights- a sort of substitute  for the sexual act. But in my perspective from 1930's to 60's the period was known for professionalism of its artistes & choreographers , where they were only interested in showing the best moves and used to search for the actresses who are perfect in her expressions , moves but now the directors are interested in reveling the body of the women , where she is completely drenched so that her sari or clothes mold her body, either by rain or bath.Audiences get very much influenced and there mentality starts working in that way. Today item numbers have become a necessity ,however these type of dances tend to have no connection with the substance of the film. For a spectator these intrusions can seem very abrupt , vulgar, disrespect towards women , distracting because the dramatic action suddenly fades away , the emotional flow is cut off at a certain point of action. These item numbers are taken as something which fill in the emptiness of the film.
