In 2018 we came across a hot summer in April only . 



The scorching summer sun can cause you to sweat, get dehydrated and even break out into a heat rash. However, you can prevent some of these problems by dressing smart and wearing the right clothes to beat the heat.


Stick to material which is light in weight like Cotton- 

Stick to cotton fabrics


Cotton absorbs the sweat from your body and allows it to evaporate into the air. It works like a towel, wicking the moisture away from your skin and discouraging the growth of bacteria and yeast. This makes it the perfect fabric for summer, because it keeps you cool and prevents infections. You should avoid synthetic fabrics as much as possible, because unlike cotton and other natural fabrics, most synthetic fabrics do not breathe. So when you sweat, the sweat doesn't dry off like it should.




Opt for lighter colours
Colours like white, yellow, beige and other light shades keep you cool, because they reflect most of the sun's rays back into the atmosphere. Dark fabrics on the other hand tend to absorb these rays and trap their heat, making you feel even hotter.

Wear loose clothes
In summer, avoid wearing tight clothes that restrict your circulation. Your blood vessels tend to dilate in summer so that your body can cool itself by letting heat escape through your skin, so make it a point to wear loose and airy clothes to allow your blood to circulate freely.

Choose the right clothing styles
Summer is synonymous with shorts, dresses and sleeveless clothes, however these are not exactly the ideal garments for this season. They expose your skin to the sun's rays, inviting problems like UV damage and heat rashes. While we're supposed to apply sunscreen before we go out, a lot of people don't actually do so, leaving their skin vulnerable and exposed. The heat also dries out your skin, causing it to become stiff and more prone to ageing and wrinkles. If you think about it, the people who live in the deserts of the Middle East wear loose clothing that covers them from head to toe, primarily to protect them from the scorching heat. The ideal clothing choices for summer are loose pants or long skirts with tops. Loose salwar kameezes are also a good option.

 Earlier we had a word about getting fit . if you find Yoga boring foe the purpose loosing weight hten , go for these,



Exercising doesn't mean you have to go to a gym , lift weights or run -there  are lot of activities that are fun, exciting , adventurous most importantly not boring. Sometimes its hard to believe that some of the activities we are doing actually constitute a great workout.

Here are few things that can get you started .


  1.  Shopping  -  Let me start with easiest activity for most girls , oh ! I  can already see the smile on your face. its the easiest and the most exciting eay to burn your calories.  Walking around , standing and checking things out. we don t even realise how time files , constantly walking for 3-4 hours helps a lot in reducing the weight. Thus this is an effective way to burn calories and work the muscles in your legs. It can burn up to 224 calories in one hour , which comes to 3.73 calories burned per minute.
  2. Skipping - it is easy and fun and can be done at home.It is the simplest thing to start with. All you need is skipping a rope and little open space.The best surface to skip on would be carpet or wooden floor. Always wear sneakers or trainers while doing it.
  3. Cycling - This is something i love doing , Be sure to get a good bicycle and are prepared to sweat a bit.It can be done anytime as long as you are not doing it on a busy road , if you manage to cycle in early mornings trust me on this that your day will be brilliant. Watching the sunrise , feeling the breeze and peace. Try to use cycle instead of car that will help you to reduce pollution and yo will reach faster.It helps you ib boosting your energy and will also help you to get through the day.. The pace and intensity of your work out will depend on the how often you go cycling.
  4. Dance Classes- Dancing is so much fun. Another activity that will help you move out, meet new people and make new friends.Once the music is on , your whole body gets activated.It helps in building muscles , gets you a lean and toned body and also improves your flexibility ,stamina, balance and endurance. Dancing will improve coordination and work your mind and body.

FRIENDS : OLDEST SHOW STILL THE NEWEST AMONG-ST  THE YOUNGSTERS



Friends  has always been an integral part of everybody's life. This was perfectky depicted in the most famous show of till now which is " FRIENDS" . this show depicts the life of 6 friends living together and they are always there for one another in ups and downs. Each and every episode consist of hilarious punch lines and jokes that one couldn't stop laughing. This show is favourite among every age group. it has 10 season but most of the population has seen this more them atleast 2 times. its the realistic depiction of twentysomehinglife.   it was made in 1994 but the fashion shown in it doesnt seem oldy.

I reside in Jaipur so i would like to suggest you people about my city's famous chaats and where to find them? 

 

1. PANI -PURI/ PATASHI/ GOL GAPPE

The best golgappa is found in scheme area where we have a famous chaat corner namely " Aunty's cafe  " where you can find everything like - pav bhaji, chola batura, faluda,chowmein,bhelpuri,sevpuri,dahi papdi, dosa and many more other items but out of all i go there to eat pani puri which is non-comparable to ano of the other street corners. it consist of 4 flavours and its base is also of 4 types :-

flavours :
  •  khatta pani
  • meetha pani
  • pudine ka pani
  • mirchidar pani 
base of puri 
  •  Aata
  • Suji
  • Dal
  • dal and suji mix 

2. FALUDA

  The best faluda is found in bapu bazar and green chillies. green chillies is resided in shyam nagar area near sodala. I gurantee you that you will not find better faluda other then these places.

3. Chai/ Tea

Situated opposite Ganpati Plaza on MI Road, Gulab Ji Chai Waala is known for its refreshing and tasty masala chai. muska bun and samosa bun is a must to havw with this masala cahi as it acts as a cherry on a top, so if you are tea person donot miss a chance to visit this place.


4. Egglicious

 Egg Dishes

 Situated in bapu bazar area known from the name sanjay omlettee. you must try the egg pizzas made with different spices. it is nutritious as wellas adds lots of masalas to ypur taste buds. 

5. Pyaaz ki Kachori

Jaipur is famous for kachoris. the outstation people should have it on sindi camp 's Rawat  Misthan Bhandar and even Jodhpur misthan bhandar has become better then Rawat. Jodhpur mistha bhandar is available in every area . it is deep fried having mix aloo pyaz and even dal ki kachori iss a good option to have.

Making excuses to avoid exercising is not going to get you anywhere, saying that you have no time to excercise is not true- you can find the time if you really want to . Out of 24 hours in a day , all of you need us a 30 minuets to get a decent exercise regime going and moving on the road to fitness . Stop being lazy as this will get you nowhere .

We all get the time to eat , sleep or go out with friends . Similarly we must find time to work out. You do not need many hours every day for this ; you can start with small , basic things exercises that keep you moving . Even to start with 15-20 mins workout at home would be a great move and eventually you will become habitual of doing it daily . 

Let me list out a few critical reasons why you should excercise:

Youngsters always gets confused that in which they  field must go in.,But let me tell you people do something which comes straight through your heart and you enjoy doing such work. Sabhysachi was not into clothing from the beginning , but he used to retail out the tiff in box to the hawkers in Calcutta. he was into jewellery and used to make sketches of the jewellery . He wanted to be different and wanted to make something which had artsy in it. For him designing was like coming "Home "rather then a burden. then in 1999 he got graduated from NIFT and after that he started his own label and being awarded as the outstanding youngest designer of India. after all this he started retailing in the major stores of the India.he was continuously winning awards till 2005 but in 2006, he got the platform to debut his Summer collection in at New York Fashion Week earned him critical acclaimed and his label was started selling worldwide. His attires is based on simplicity , folklore glamour and modern architecture. Success was touching his  feet as he got to work with Sanjay Bhansali 's movie "BLACK" showcased his work. Only leading designer who who beacame the part of leading fashion weeks - New york, Milan and London. now every bride in India is willing to wear his work . everybody takes his name when it comes to lehengas or jewellery.

DUBAI DIARIES


Whenever I think about Dubai the first thing comes into my mind is Shopping. I had gone to Dubai this year ( 2018) in January which is supposed to be the best weather and even the sale season is going on there.  As we all know Dubai Mall is the world largest mall. when we entered in the mall it felt that it was built recently as it was so clean and polished and well maintained. Each and every Brand is available for the customers. anybody can shop from this mall from lower to higher class people. after shopping we went to see the Dubai safari which is the most fun activity in whole of the trip. we saw many stunt shows and belly dancing. Dubai People are very well dressed and full of respect. there is no problem of language as 54% are Indians , 15 % are sheikhs and remaining are foreigners so everybody is used to speak in Hindi or English. After that we had stayed in "ATLANTIS" hotel is the second best hotel in Dubai and first place is taken over by" Burj Al Arab". Atlantis  has its own beach , it is famous for its water slides and it has different kinds of spa and even helicopter ride to see the view of the hotel from the top. There is especially a museum to show old Dubai and how it evolved into a tourist destination. I can go to Dubai many a times because it is so beautifully made and well managed.
